When AI first started dominating the headlines, many people saw it as a threat.

Will this replace me? Will it make my role obsolete?
I asked myself the same questions.

But instead of resisting, I chose to lean in.

The truth is: what we think will replace us can actually empower us, if we learn it and use it to our advantage.

That mindset became the foundation of my own reinvention.
After nearly three decades in a structured career, I wanted my next chapter to be purpose-driven, creative, and impactful.

That’s how Ascenda by K™ was born, a coaching and transformation initiative designed to help people reinvent themselves with clarity, confidence, and courage.

Reinvention, for me, has been multi-dimensional.
It wasn’t just about launching a business, it was about evolving as a human being.

I began blending my expertise in NLP, coaching, and digital marketing with the power of Generative AI to design tools, create content, and amplify human connection at scale.

AI didn’t replace what I do, it amplified it.

And as I evolved, another spark reignited, public speaking.
At first, my audience was small. But that didn’t matter.
What mattered was sharing stories that inspired others to see reinvention as possible.
And slowly, the audience will grow, one genuine connection at a time.

Along this path, I was given the opportunity to serve as a peer speech coach.
Helping others refine their message, find their confidence, and tell their stories became one of the most rewarding parts of my journey.
In supporting others, I found my own voice growing stronger.

That’s the beauty of reinvention, it’s not just personal.

It’s collective. It’s contagious. It inspires others to rise too.

Through Ascenda by K™, I now merge technology, storytelling, and coaching to help others rediscover their purpose, rebuild their confidence, and reinvent their direction in this AI-driven world.

Reinvention isn’t about abandoning who you were.

It’s about becoming who you’re meant to be, one evolution at a time.
